Gift Certificate Details
By purchasing this gift card you are making a charitable contribution
to Children's Charities of America (CCA) for federal income tax
purposes. Moreover, you are granting to the recipient of the certificate
the option to advise CCA as to the recipient's preference for a specific
CCA member charity to receive the funds represented by the certificate.
This advice takes the form of a non-binding recommendation to CCA. Your
contribution is tax deductible, and you will receive an
email confirmation and receipt for tax record purposes. If the
recipient of the gift certificate does not advise CCA as to the
recipient's preference for a specific CCA member charity within one (1)
year from the date of issuance of the certificate, CCA will share the
funds represented by the certificate among all of its member charities
or in accordance with its distributions policies as may be in effect at
that time.
